"Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with the index, and that I had a note yesterday from Susan Laity at Yale, the copyeditor and project manager on the book, who said she thought it was excellent. ... We both agree it will be really helpful to readers. You really 'got' the themes and concepts of the book."
